Calculus Applets   COURSE_COMMUNITIES_JAVA_ID

Course Topic(s): One-Variable Calculus | General Collections of Applets

Over 70 interactive Java applets covering numerous concepts from single variable calculus, from limits and continuity to differential equations and Taylor series. Each applet has a set of "Try the following" questions for student exploration. Since the applets focus on fairly specific ideas, they are especially easy to use and effective in illustrating concepts. The collection achieves wide coverage of single variable calculus through sheer number of applets rather than through flexibility and choice within each applet. Almost all applets feature colorful, animated graphics.
