Basic Probability, independence
This is one in a series of lessons in probability on the Math Goodies site. Independence of events is described informally and then the multiplication rule is given. The rule is illustrated with several examples involving experiments with cards, coins, dice, selecting pizza, etc.. Several multiple choice exercises are provided.
