On a take-home test involving Gauss-Jordan elimination, I asked - out of the blue - "What do you think of the applet at [row reducer URL]." To my surprise, the students were ecstatic. I got detailed feedback on how awesome it was - mathematically, pedagogically, pragmatically, and esthetically!
