3DSurface Viewer

3DSurface Viewer is a small Web application that creates high quality images of 3D surfaces defined by mathematical expressions. The quality of the images and the speed with which they are created compare favorably with any commercial graphing application. Contained on the site are the application as well as complete documentation for developers.

Intended audience.

Students studying multivariable calculus or solid analytic geometry. Developers who wish to incorporate the 3DSurface Viewer into their own projects.

Software specifications.

Windows with Internet Explorer (4.0 or later). Note that this application requires the installation of an ActiveX component on your computer -- full instructions are given on the site.
