A Collection of Tools for Multivariable Calculus
This utility uses the free Flash player plug-in resident in most browsers to allow the user to plot 3D curves and surfaces on a customized scale and dynamically rotate the picture.

This one-page Flash applet allows the user to enter a function of two variables and a window for viewing the surface z = f(x,y). The resulting picture can be rotated in space to better understand the three dimensional image. A link to download the most recent Flash player plugin is given at the bottom of the page on the site.

Students in multivariable calculus.
